Great value for money. Any family visiting Rome for Berry College or a tennis tournament should definitely check out Kings Inn. It was just four minutes from the College and tennis center.

The owner is a real nice man.
There was no breakfast.
To be honest, I was a little wary at first. It's an older type motel, so I thought it might be a little run down. However, it was super clean and comfy and had modernized amenities. Also, a great value. You can tell the owners truly care about providing their customers with a great stay.
I love King's Inn. This is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are really clean, and the beds are so comfortable. They also have great prices, the best prices around Rome, Ga.

Well not much cause the management was very very rude an always watching n in ur business saying couldn't have a visitor but we were there for work, man was very rude

I will never book on a website again. Establishment was not as rated and described. I would not let my pet roach stay there. The a/c when turned on smelled like urine and alcohol, comforter had cigarette burns throughout, bathroom had bugs being eaten by ants, bed was a mattress on a futon. I lost my money I booked a room at another motel for a lower price and was perfect. My future booking will be directly with motel. Where do these motels get there reviews? I also believe at kings inn they are weekly rentals.
Great place for what it is, little roadside motel to crash at for a couple days when your going to be out and about all day. Easily the cheapest in the neighborhood. Pictures of the rooms looked very clean and the reality actually DID meet what we saw online, which hasn't always been the case in all of our travels. I can't speak for other reviews from 5 to 10 years ago, but it seems like a lot of nice work has been done to clean and update the rooms.

This hotel is very, very clean. Have stayed twice for several days and have had only positive experiences.
It is good for a single person or group for work but do not recommend for extended family stay. The owners were nice, fair and respectful.
